Pacquiao is definitely still a big draw because he is one of the few active boxers that casual sports fans have actually heard of. He has decided not to fight in America and not on HBO by choice, not because he can't still draw.

Then why has he gone from making a $20 Mil guarantee to just a $1.5 Mil guarantee that he is receiving tomorrow night against Lucas Matthysse? In addition, why isn't it shown on Pay per view? It's because there is no longer this huge demand for him like it was in the past; Especially among the casual fans. His stock has declined drastically.

His popularity has declined but he is definitely still a draw. There really aren't that many big draws in boxing nowadays which helps though.

Fury because he’s British and British fans show up to support their own. GGG just because of exposure and being a household name (or acronym?). I honestly didn’t know who to put at 4 and 5. These two names stood out to me.
