That's what I took from this.

Those PED allegations were around before the Cotto fight. I don't recall when Floyd said it. But people in boxing were already su****ious of a guy moving up in weight but getting more powerful.
sr train hatton for the manny fight. how come no accusation then? how come no request for ped testing then??

it was after the cotto fight that they went full ****** on the ped accusation.

Maybe he was. I think Floyd has been using too.

We need to accept that most of these top guys are on some sort of drug.

Floyd Sr. then raised a few eyebrows when he said, “I have my own personal reasons, but I don’t think Little Floyd should fight (Pacquiao). I’ll just say that.” He wouldn’t explain why, adding, “I’ll let you figure that out.” But if Pacquiao and Mayweather Jr. do meet, Floyd Sr. predicted his son would win. “It wouldn’t be no problem at all,” he said.

Yeah perhaps! However one thing is for sure Bob Arum wouldn't like that arrangement not even a little.

Mayweather's name always has to be named when Pacquiao is fighting to boost ratings.
