It would have been a better fight earlier in their careers but I doubt the outcome would ever be different.

You guys are hilarious. There's no point in Manny's career where any knowlegadable fan would've bet he would be Floyd.
He didn't have the IQ for the job. Just look how easily he was getting caught with right hands when they did meet.
A younger Floyd would have probably stopped him in similar style to Hattton.
It's was just a bad style matchup all the way around.
im not here to discuss who would win in their prime. since they never fought during that time, we will never know. you'll say floyd win and i'll say pac win, so this gets us nowhere.
what i am saying here is that floyd avoided pac! for whatever reason, he avoided manny! dont act like this aint true.Comment

Said the same about Canelo v. GGGComment

when pac fought cotto, floyd hasnt even fought cotto yet.
the mayweathers was saying manny stands no chance against cotto, then pac stopped cotto and that's when they started accusing him of being dirty.Comment

What a bitter middle age man Oscar has become? What's so ironic about this is that not long ago, this is the same Oscar De La Hoya who was implying that Pac was a steroid cheat.

There was too much money to be made on all sides.
Those PED allegations were around before the Cotto fight. I don't recall when Floyd said it. But people in boxing were already su****ious of a guy moving up in weight but getting more powerful.Comment
