I've noticed that Winky Wright has been in the news a lot lately. Maybe it is because he has just been inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.

That answers my question then, thanks. I haven't followed the IBHOF lately.
      Good news, Winky was class.

Even with all the peds in the world Canelo couldn't KO GGG in the first fight. In fact he did A LOT of moving around. You can call it boxing, I call it knowing he wasn't the stronger man in there. If he did he would of stood his ground more and elected to trade more often thinking he could of KO'd GGG.

GGG on the other hand has zero problems slugging it out if you want to. I can't see Canelo winning this unless he does some hardcore dancing around while popping a jab and moving. Something I can't see him doing for all 12rds and even if he did, would I call him the winner at the end? Nay.

Winky turned down a career pay day to fight Oscar.

Winkt was one of the smartest boxers in the ring and now it looks like he is smart picking GGG to bear Canelo Again! Canelo body looks much smaller now and his face looks bigger, not a good combination when he was physically much bigger against GGG than any other fight in his career, that’s why so much controversy over the 2 positive tests, the eyes don’t lie!

Unfortunately I pick Canelo to win whether he actually wins or not. Don't see the judges giving it to GGG on a Mexican holiday.

That is not surprising. The big majority of non Mexican pro boxers and pro boxing trainers thought GGG won the first fight and pick him to win the rematch. If Canelo is really all pissed off and intends to go to war and try for the KO that just makes things easier for GGG. GGG is a 2 to 1 favorite to win at the betting places so a Canelo win would be a slight upset.

not sure what article you read but this was the quote posted in here "Well first of all, they never said they would even fight me, they said they thought about it, but it was never a discussion of trying to make that fight happen." so where does it say he turned down an offer?
