    Nah. Getting a belt from a mediocre Stiverne doesn't equate prestige.

      Wilder got a shot at the title based on beating Jason Gavern. That is hardly prestigious. The IBF title imo is the most prestigious because they actually follow their rules and force their champions to fight mandatories.

        No he didn't. He became Stiverne's mandatory challenger when he beat Malik Scott in a title eliminator. Gavern was a stay busy fight.
