Shelly said the contract originally had no date, he kept pressing Eddie for a date and eventually Eddie said the date was April.

Nowhere has Shelly ever said they had a contract mentioning October or November.

Nowhere has HEARN ever said there was a contract mentioning October or November. Hearn has only said "they knew" it would be October, but if what "they knew" isn't guaranteed in the contract, it's meaningless.

Shelly said after pressing Hearn for days about what date to put in the contract, Hearn emailed him admitting they were fighting Povetkin next and to put April in the contract. Since Wilder only accepted the low ball flat fee to prove Hearn was lying about wanting the fight next, he refused to sign for a fight in April for a low ball flat fee.

Keep in mind there is STILL TIME RIGHT NOW to make a fight for October or November. Hearn simply doesn't want to. He wanted Povetkin next all along.

Yes Hearn confirmed that the fight was happening (Next) for October/November in Shelly original pointers. Shelly was ok with them fighting Joshua next. Was the exact date imprint in a contract? No! Why? Because no one knows which venue would be available for whatever date yet. But does Shelly knew the fight was happening next for October/November yes...

That’s definitely a lie by shelly, but I haven’t actually heard Shelly say that out loud. So until he comes out and said “Hearn wanted the fight for April 2018” which would debunk Hearn “He wanted confirmation” that they were next and when the fight was happening. Then I would go with what Hearn said on camera.
