Well you do know those figures would put him under Thurman and Garcia purses right?

Maybe Bud should move over to PBC and fight once every 10-12 months! Stop making it seem as if things would be better at PBC. Spence can't get a big name under the Haymon banner.

And Horn shouldn't have been in the ring (we know Arum resorted to his old tricks to get that belt from Manny).

I like Bud and how he handles his business but there needs to be some scrutiny on these opponents. The quality is very similar to Danny Garcia's comp prior to Thurman and people called him a cherry picker (rod salka was unacceptable though) lol
Is not that people are not being honest, we the public honestly do think postol, Indongo, gamboa are legit competition for Crawford, until they actually fight. Crawford is a very special fighter, doesn't mean the fighters he's fighting are not top notch, just means Crawford is much better. There's levels to this and Crawford is with the elites, where there's currently only a hand full of boxers.

And Omaha is not a major metro area like Dallas. Of course he's not gonna get 15k like Spence. I doubt they have a venue that holds 15k
Off the top of my head I recall Wilder v. Stiverne I doing 8k and Porter v. Broner doing 8k in attendance. But I honestly don't know for sure. Those still aren't good attendance figures imo.

Why do you think Arum has dates? Because instead of asking networks for the money, he's buying airtime and collecting advertising revenue himself.

Arum does not depend on a 'budget' as he controls the budget. And he implies that any fight of Bud's will be profitable so he can run as many fights as Bud is prepared to fight.

No they don’t. They don’t make 3 mil a fight. U know that right?

They are for Vegas because those are travel fights. You get that many people to travel to Vegas to see you fight it's a good thing.

In NY you got 10 mil people already there so it's easier to get 15-20k to attend a fight. The same for LA

Thurman - Garcia purses were $2.5 mil each and they average around $1.2 mil their past few fights prior to their matchup.

The double standards are real. I think those are all serviceable wins tbh, but I see the same people praising these wins, turn around a discredit a win like Kell Brook.

It's lunacy imo. I'm saying if we're only praising "elite" wins for one guy then that standard should be the same for others.

Wrong. He has a yearly budget to stage fights on ESPN. He can't afford around 4mil a fight card for Crawford 3-4x a year. Similar to the 1 billion deal hearn signed with DAZN for 16fights a year for 8 years. You must divide that 1billion into 16 fights a year for 8 years to get an avg of how much you can spend per card. Of course you can go over that avg on occasions, but that's at the expense of the other cards he signed on to deliver.
