The guy winning the purse bid couldn't come up with the money - Very little money for Whyte anyway.

He now gets a chance to fight for more money, on a bigger platform against a more well-known fighter who's ranked higher than Pulev.

how so, I've seen Dilian Whyte say he wants the fight on a few IFLTV interviews, hows that ducking or not mentioning his name. You can't rewrite history to suit your hatred of all fighters who aren't US based.
