I think it's getting down to where Mayweather will be called a coward by most if he refuses to fight Margarito. I agree it's a big risk vs. little reward because Margarito is so big and powerful but so unknown. If Floyd loses, the public will ask, "HE LOST TO WHO?!?!"

I guess my question is how much would Mayweather make fighting Mosley if Mosley beats Vargas again? If Vargas wins, do you think he would finish a trilogy with Mosley before Mayweather? I think a lot more is riding on Mosley-Vargas II than we ever thought, which is just pathetic.

I dont think there will be a Mosley/Vargas III, I think that Mosley will win the rematch end of story, but here's how I see it; Mayweather will cement his WW supermecy, probably by fighting Margarito(I would be a great prep for his 154 fight with DLH).

He bought out his contract with Arum. That's even worse.

Uhh. That was when the Oscar fight had a very good chance of happening.

Now that the Oscar fight is off the table, Arum re-offered Floyd the $8 million, and Floyd hasn't declined it yet. So I don't know why people are claiming he's dodging Margarito, if he hasn't even turned down the fight.

I have a feeling he'll take the fight, but he's exploring all possible options right now. You guys are jumping on his back, because he hasn't said yes in a heart beat.
