point is, in the past you said the fighters have the final say in who they want to fight!

now you're switching it to fit your argument saying the promoter has the final say. let me know when you want to debate about this, but if you rather choose to go off topic by bringing up expired contracts, signing extension, etc. then have fun with that. lol
    Good night Rosanne!

    • Spence has too many options with Haymon, Thurman, Garcia & Porter are the big fights, besides once Crawford gets destroyed by Horn he'll be heading back down to 140.

      • His side of the street is literally just the winner of Porter vs Garcia. Then whoever (Spence or Crawford) can get the other belt Thruman is holding up, hopefully he is stripped.

Spence vs Crawford is happening soon, next year some time.

It's one thing to hurt and out muscle men who are naturally smaller and weaker than you but a total different thing when you are challenging opponents who naturally larger and stronger than you.

Before challenging Spence, Terence should take a few good tuneup fights first at 147. He needs to know whether or not he carries enough size and power to this higher weight class to compete with men who may be just a little stronger, wider and punches a whole lot harder than him.

          That's all I'm saying.

          • When Spence beats Porter -Garcia winner, he moves up to 154.

Crawfordwill probably lose against Horn and go back to 140.

When you know nothing about business, your kind of reasoning is acceptable but those who know business know this fight can be better. Timing is everything. This could be a block buster fight and a potential behemoth at the box office. The risk between the fighters doesn't change, one of them is going to lose, they are both very good fighters. Like any investor, you need to be compensated well if you have something on the line. The revenue can't be maximised right now as non of them is a box office hit. The fight has to be built, both Al Haymon and Arum know it and it's obvious they have spoken to their fighters.

Pacquiao, Khan is a reasonable name too, sad Canelo moved up but he is a good scalp.

I know plenty about business where the back stabbing greedy money grubbing thieving scum bags have over the last 50 years destroyed every major business and small ones in this country. companies were PROUD of how long their products lasted now they are proud when they fall apart after a year. big business tax parasites like GM and the big banks and sports is the same way with taxpayers paying for all the stadiums. if they fight each other now one has to lose so sign for immediate rematch maybe the other loses and they could fix the fight so it happens then the third fight and they will have enough money for life. take your "modern" business mode of operation and shove it

The 2 fighters currently are only known in boxing circles. If they fought right now it can't be on PPV because maybe only 100k will buy the fight. Let them fight a few higher rated fighters, maybe they will be known by millions of people. By that more people from those who will know them will be prepared to buy the fight. That increase in numbers is marketshare. So at the moment, the few fans who know the fighters will enjoy the fight but the fighters make nothing, the promoters make nothing. Wait 2-3 years everyone gains because more fans will watch and enjoy it, fighters will make big purses, promoters will also gain and boxing will be better off as a whole. The fight will come, just premature to make it right now.
