At least post something credible and not just Fanboy shet .
    Your moniker is self-explanatory.

I'm not a Jacobs fan in particular. It's just that Canelo has never grown on me.

With how sh^t works in boxing currently this is basically Tommy & GGG saying they don't want the rematch. Make your own story on why that is, "they scared", "they feel like they deserve more after the bs", "they feel like they are fighting a drug cheat", blah blah blah & so on.

But while on the skill comparison #1 vs #2 should be 50/50 or close to it, boxing is an asses in seats, PPV's sold sport & therefore with how boxing works this is a bad move, another in a line of them lately, by team GGG.

GGG's problem is that Canelo would be just fine making 65% fighting Saunders, Jacobs, or Spike! It's still significantly more than what GGG can make fighting Dervy! GGG needs to be talking to Arum, and see how big a fight vs. Murata would be. GGG has to prove he can be a draw WITHOUT Canelo, the way Canelo can be a draw WITHOUT GGG! GGG already knows he won't make much for Dervy, or he would've fought him instead of Vanes!

He can fight what's left of his career in 1/3 stubhub for small pay or collect the same career payday he agreed to months ago a deal his own promoter negotiated these last few weeks and thought was fair. It is GGG who turned down his own promoters deal and is now asking for much more money. So he cost himself that payday.
So now you're justifying Canelo testing positive for peds during training camp and putting ggg in a situation where a fight had to be put together in a months time as if it's no big deal. You're not worth debating with further. You have unconditional Canelo love

It is probably a negotiation tactics: you start higher and end up with what you think is ok to accept. Remember it was Canelo who seems to have walked away, not GGG. Given, however, how massively Canelo has messed up, they shouldn't just throw a 5% bone to GGG. I'd be surprised if GGG were to flat out refuse 60/40 split. It wouldn't have been wise from financial perspective. Other than that I see no reason for GGG to !need! to fight Canelo. Canelo, on the other hand, if he is a boxer should want those belts. Unless, of course, he feels he's not getting them anyway, then why not grab all $ he can, get L or another draw and wait for GGG to start riding to the ring in a wheelchair.
