And anyway, if you really want to bring up fighters who we haven’t seen the likes of, Ali is a better example.
I think the Floyd comparison is a natural one due to the fact that Floyd was the previous generation’s P4P King. And they’re trying to anoint Lomachencko the next to hold that title. The comparison also picked up steam when “Fatass” Rafael said Lomachencko would either beat or be a tough out(can’t recall which one specifically) for Floyd at 130, which is laughable.

To be honest, from a skill standpoint, Lomachencko is very overrated and not even in the same zip code as Floyd. I think the better comparison is Manny. He reminds me more of a young Manny, with better footwork and less power. Lomachencko depends on his physical gifts more than Floyd did. His “skill set” is drastically overrated. He mostly relies on fast hands, quick feet, and reflexes.

I’m actually curious to see what happens to him once his physical gifts start to erode. Guys like Floyd and Hopkins continued to fight at a high level after the physical gifts started to fade because of their elite skill set. Guys like Roy Jones and Manny stayed on top for a long time because they were genetic freaks that were still ridiculously athletic well into their thirties. Lomachencko is already thirty. It’ll be interesting to see how long he hangs on the next couple years.

He's a great fighter. Pretty ignorant for people to try and deny it.

Enjoy his fights. He's fun to watch and has a great mindset.

LOMA’s short career to date has already been more exciting than FLOYD’s entire career.

FLOYD was the complete opposite of LOMA, never took risks. FLOYD would put you to sleep though, from how boring his fking fights were.

You’re right, because Salido and Linares are
                Two time Gold Medal Olympians
                Two time World Amateur Champions
                Had 396-1 amateur records
                Three Division Champions (fastest ever)
                11-1 professional records
                AND current P4P Kings

Yeah you’re a special kind of ******, we won’t ignore that fact....

You clearly never watched Floyd when he was competing in the divisions Lomachencko is fighting in.

We've never seen anything like Lomo? Stop it.

Boxing is over a 100 years old and nothing is new under the sun. Lomo is a great fighter no doubt with the best footwork in the game of current fighters however he's no Pernell Whitaker for example. Let's just enjoy the ride and see how far his career goes. Let's see when he fights another superstar like Mikey Garcia what happens because he's been heavily favored against all his opposition thus far. Wins against Gary Russell Jr., Walters, Rigondeaux and Linares should get him in HOF because they are very accomplished fighters.
