You people make some revisionist history as if the rematch was some sort of domination from Floyd. It was a close and competitive fight, much more competitive than .

Floyd was too great to make it competitive. Lomo-Linares was competitive.

Loma is a hell of a fighter, Floyd is a hell of a fighter. They are different styles. Had they mixed it up in prime would be a great scrap. That's what happens generally when great prime fighters face off. You fight enough times against other great fighters in their prime, and some time just off, and you lose.

And Floyd is in a league all by himself hence T.B.E.

I understand that. Look, the comparison was silly to make so I chose not to keep talking about it. They’ll never fight each other. It’s pointless. Enough time has passed. Rafael got his share of criticism. I don’t see a need to discuss it anymore. But that’s just me.

Lomachenko is a gift and we must cherish him. I just don't get it. Get excited and root for this guy people. He fights tough fights and if he fights and wins against Garcia or Tank, he's HOF material.

The hate around here is unreal. And the knockdown he suffered showed me that he can come back from adversity and stick to his gameplan. He could've mentally crumbled and turned everything off and fight scared after that. We've seen it happen many times before, but he didn't do that. He's skilled and mentally tough to come back from a knockdown.

It's not even about the numbers, or the 3 titles in 3 weight classes, or the 400+ amateur fights. To me, it's about watching him in the ring. Watching the skill and what he does. He's very fun to watch and the crowds love it. You can hear the noise they make when Loma works in there. He's great for the sport and I see half the comments on here are negative. Why? The dudes great for boxing. You people should want him to succeed. You guys are ridiculous. You guys must not really like boxing.

Forgot about McCallum currently in & Toney who will be a future HOF for Roy Jones Jr. They will try to throw in Rigondeaux in there too for Lomo. I just don’t get the hype as the best P4P fighter today & being compared to all time greats already. He wasn’t better than Ward & isn’t better than Crawford. Dillusional boxing world over hyping Lomo already. And it’s annoying & disrespectful to fighters that were actually great over an entire career who beat HOF’s.

This fraud Lomo is so great that he got dropped by a fighter, Linares, that telegraphs all his punches and lost to that bum Salido. He is lucky he made it out of the 6th and Salido schooled you? Floyd was a 5div champ by the age of 30. Never was dropped. Oh also, he was undefeated and and would never lose to a guy of salido's caliber. People are so prisoners of the moment. Yes, Loma is great and I love to see him fight, but this "we've never seen anything like Loma" stuff is getting out of hand.

not in 12 fights. And wasnt offensive and defensively balanced. And may have never went down but also no fights that were dvr worthy. Its entertainment
