Man, you just don't get it.

Why do people hate on Hearn?

Is it.. that he doesn't pay fighters enough? No, the fighters who are with him love him and say they were never treated better.

Is it... that he promised he would make british boxing great again and failed? No.. british boxing has never been better.

Is it... that he hasn't put on any big shows? No.. he continuously puts on the biggest events of the year worldwide year after year.

I don't get this hate on Hearn, he's done tremendous for boxing. Would you rather go back to the days of a saturday night card consisted of Darren Barker vs (insert african journeyman) with Lee Purdy in a 8 rounder as chief support?

I don't get this bs. If you're a boxing fan, you should support what he's doing.

Overall he has been good for boxing in the UK, I've never said otherwise. More good fights have definitely been made since he started promoting in 2011. As the years have gone by though, his natural personality has come across, and it's clear he is a smarmy **** who loves the sound of his own voice, and talks a LOT of ****.
At first, before I got a sense of his true personality, I liked him, and thought he was a breath of fresh air compared to Warren. He does make more fights, but his personality actually makes Warren look likable, which is saying something.
What Haye said in the run up to the first Bellew fight, I totally agree with, regardless of what you think of Haye.
He comes across like a mouthy ****ney market trader, 'Mr apples and pears', and turns press conferences and interviews into the the Eddie Hearn show.
The whole Joshua - Wilder thing is a prime example of why I don't like his personality. He's contradicting himself from week to week, making u - turns and blatantly talking a lot of bull**** in an annoying smarmy way.

That's why I don't like him, although like I said, I admit he has improved the schedule of fights. Some of the PPV's have been a joke though - shouldn't have been PPV's and have taken the piss out of the fans charging £20 for sub quality fights. PPV should only be reserved for elite level title fights.

That's because Lennox Lewis was essentially a Glorified North American anyway.He learnt and came across boxing in Canada-and then the trainer who changed him into a World Class Fighter was a American Boxing Legend named Emanuel Steward.Tyson and Holyfield also made the US Hot for Heavyweight Boxing so it never made sense to fight outside America.

Lewis started and based his career in the UK though, with a UK promoter. He built up his name fighting in Britain, and only went to America when he was fighting at title level.
He wasn't a 'glorified North American' either. He was born in Britain, went to Canada when he was 12, then went back to Britain when he turned pro. All his pro fights were fighting under British nationality. It sounds like you're trying to claim he's American. Canada can make a stake a claim in his greatness, he lived there for over 10 years and fought as an amateur for them, but not America.

If he has been deemed to have entered into a contract and then reneged on the contract by refusing to fulfil their contractual obligations (principally, fighting at a proposed time and place) then Wilder's side could potentially sue for breach of contract.

The contractual measure of damages is that you have to put the party which has suffered loss as a result of your breach of contract into the position that they would have been in had you performed the contract correctly.

So Wilder could potentially sue for the full amount of money that he would have received had they fought. This could be a huge amount of money.

I'm not saying that a court would necessarily agree with a contract having been legally created - in all probability the contract would be considered "void for uncertainty" which is where the contract hasn't been drafted in sufficient detail for the parties to actually complete their obligations. Having said that, no legal adviser would ever consider allowing the risk of a contract being held to be valid - it just flat out would NEVER happen.

Even aside from this, Hearn would be in a terrible position from a PR point of view as well as legally in a bad place. Again, no lawyer in their right mind would ever allow Hearn to say "I accept the offer".

Concerning that I haven't searched google extensively, including hours' worth of time on youtube trawling through videos, in the hunt for something that I don't know actually exists - I'm sure you'll forgive me if I say I don't really have the time.

What u will do is ask you to respectfully bow out of the business of questioning the statements of thise that have made time given that you have not taken said time to familiarize yourself with all facts and statements made by the relevant parties.

Lastly, please don't use the contractually obligated if Hearn agrees to the financial terms argument if you yourself cannot see how Hearn would be entering into a contract. Specifically when Hearn himself said he didn't want to accept the financial terms THEN look like a schmuck for backing out for location and sponsorship reasons.

By the way, your entire first paragraph is the primary reason why accepting the offer wouldn't contractually obligated Joshua. There was no date, time, location or anything pertinent to an executed contract outside of financial terms and who controlled the location in the offer.
