All the judge said was that it didnt matter if Haymon acted as a promoter or not, Golden Boy couldnt prove they were harmed. You seem to want to use some type of mental telepathy or something to infer that the judge actually meant that Haymon was not acting as a promoter. He said no such thing.
But even though Haymons judge was correct, judges do in fact get it wrong now and again. If they didnt, there would be no need for appellate courts.
