Hearn doesn't need any permission from haymon to make fights he chooses. Whether Jacobs wants to still retain haymon in a lesser role to just look over contracts for fights Hearn makes is on him and irrelevant to my point. Hearn is in full control of Jacobs career now NOT Haymon.
    I don’t have real debate with people who ignore real facts.

    First you tried to pretend Haymon wasn’t his adviser anymore.

    Then you moved to he’s minor.

    Then Haymon is a promoter.

    Next...Haymon’s real name is Damien?

      As a Dana watcher since the beginning I can tell you Dana is an emotional cat. He's said more negative things that he's backed off of then most guys in his sorta position. He's a much more reasonable guy then the guy who said he's never work with about 12 guys he worked with again & who said he'd never have women fighting in the UFC & so many other things like that. Hell that mfer was going to box his own UFC champion one time back in the day the dude got him so f#cking mad. Dana is a man of extremes, but his senses & logic come back to him. If a fight with Loma is doable & makes sense it'll get done. Count on it.

      In fairness to Mikey I believe he's said he needs the right promoter & right contract & right situation to re-sign with a promoter or something verbatim to that. So if he does sign with Dana that suggests to me Dana gots a nice roadmap to big money fights for Mikey & a fair contract.

        Idk why so many normally reasonable people go off into crazyland with Haymon sh^t.

        Haymon = manager/advisor

        Dana = promoter

        You don't have to leave anyone here. You can have a manager + a promoter.

          Stop trying to move the goalpost. I never said he wasn't jacobs adviser anymore I don't even care about that. Nor do I care about having a legal debate on what Haymon's murky role of manager and promoter is classified as in a court room. I said simply Haymon no longer has a say in who Jacobs fights since he signed with Hearn. Not sure why that fact has your panties in bunch. Or why you are refusing to answer a very simple basic question. Prior to signing with Hearn when Jacobs was asked who he is fighting next he always said well I have to speak with Haymon and see who he wants next all while he had a sham promoter Lou Dibella. Lou had NO say in the opponents, the dates, ect and many traditional promoter duties. Haymon did. Now that he signed with a real promoter Hearn is choosing all those things and doesn't have to talk to Haymon for permission to steer Jacobs career or make fights. Who is making and choosing Jacobs fights today Haymon or Hearn? He no longer has any association to PBC and Haymon is not picking his fights. Now if he is asked who he is fighting he says I have to talk to Hearn and there is no representation of Haymon at his fights. If Jacobs chooses to keep Haymon on a lesser role to look over contracts is irrelevant to my point about who is making the fights.

            Is Mikey even signed with Haymon? There is debate whether he is or just on a fight by fight handshake agreement. And whether he keeps Haymon on or cuts him off in all capacities isn't as important as the question of who is picking the fights? If Dana is the one choosing the fights then this deal sucks for boxing fans because he is already on record saying he won't make fights with top rank, golden boy or showtime.

              Can Dana make fight with people he calls Weasel and Scumbag?

              I’d wait for something official first.

                Not too sure about this, I'm hoping it's not but this might be another promotional mess for Mikey that's going to sideline him yet again.

                  From my understanding he is & has been sine 2015. Its been a long handshake deal if that is merely a handshake deal.

                    I feel like Mikey learned a lot of boxing business sh^t with the Arum situation. I'd bet he'll have no more contractually f#ckery situations in the rest of his days.

                    I don't think he'll sign the contract if something isn't clearly explained & broken down to him & confirmed with his own lawyer.

                    And if things don't match up from there the deal goes away as it souldna

Hearn now has complete control of the fights that are made for Jacobs.

                      Another issue if this is like the Hearn signing Dana White months ago said flat out he will not work with Arum or Oscar. Mikey just moved back down to 135 everyone is hoping this is to set up a showdown with the winner of Linares/Loma. I guess that kills those fights because Linares is signed with Golden Boy and Loma is signed with Top Rank. As a fan of Mikey I'm worried this signing. He should just stay free agent and then bounce back and forth to whoever he needs to get the fights.
                      Mikey was never signed to Haymon, he worked on a fight by fight basis.
