He should just go through the IBF route. He gets a shot as a mandatory if he beats Pulev, he wouldn't be a secondary mandatory like he would be with the WBC. The only thing that would stop him getting his shot if he beats Pulev, would be if the AJ/Wilder fight gets made. And still he would have to fight who ever wins that belt.Comment

I don't blame Whyte, I blame Hearn! He should've let Ortiz fight Whyte, instead of 2 bums!Comment

To me?
This makes Whyte look like a sissy, he would rather spend money on lawyers then fight Ortiz.
OMG what a sissyComment

Haters like you can't even see things from the other POV, he just wants a shot at a title, what's the point in fighting Ortiz for second mandatory when you can fight Pulev and get a shot (in a bigger fight) against AJ?
Not to mention the WBC have screwed him over and he probably doesn't want to pay them any more sanctioning fees for a title shot that isn't guaranteed.Comment

the problem is when stirverne dropped out whyte was willing to fight breazele and instead he fought bum molina. why should he get a shot simply for fighting anyone? the rankings dont matter anymore if your opponent drops out you can just substitute him with a bum and its the same thing?Comment

if you are standing in line somewhere and someone behind you passes you and gets served first are you just gonna stand there and be like oh well my time will come eventually...now extend this metaphor out and put millions of dollars on the line. yeah just a sissy. let them do whatever they want to you. thats what a real man does?Comment

Why is Dillian Shyte complaining about fighting someone he undermines?
the disparaging remarks Shyte made about Luis 'King-Kong' Ortiz would lead us to think Dillian would be happy to fight a old-man who was just recently KO -- could it be that the geezer has Dillian Shyte shook?Comment
