Whyte should just stfu & fight Ortiz for another shot at Joshua. Thats the money fight for him anyway. Joshua is the money fight for EVERYONE. Plus he'll get more respect from most boxing fans for beating Ortiz than Breazeale. I think Ortiz might be the 3rd best guy in the division (til Fury is active again anyway).

Since being knocked out by AJ. Dillian went life and death with Chisora , fought Helenius where he looked terrible fought a nobody in America and knocked out a over weight sitting duck last time out.I have no sympathy for him on this.

In Europe Pulev might be more respected, Ortiz didn't look great European bouts (he did look a lot better against Wilder but I'm not sure how many watched that it was early morning for Europeans).

If he fights Ortiz he gets a vague promise (which they went back on last time) of a shot at Wilder in a few years time (second mandatory, after first mandatory, voluntarys etc)

He's NEVER EVER had a title shot, he fought AJ but that's not the same thing.

Whyte called Ortiz out at the time and I think that was the setup but Ortiz looked average in his two European fights so it was hard to justify. Hearn got him a headliner in Monaco and spot on a stadium card but Ortiz for whatever reason under performed.

Breazeales not a Mandatory but he won a fight that was declared an elimination fight to fight Wilder when the opponent was originally Stiverne.

Seems like the more powerful your promoter is the more juice you got in milking your situation. So respect to Whyte in knowing that hustle, but I believe he's letting himself get played by Hearn a lil too much.

I'm sure Hearn is selling him behind the scenes on some unification rematch with Joshua after Whyte KO's Wilder or gets some sorta title, but thats a long shot at best, but good luck getting a fighter to believe that sorta sh^t.
