Obviously currently by far hopkins, hes more than double what GGG has.

You need to amend GGG's list, it starts with Geale (or without, since they fought FOR a title that noone had won ie they werent taking the title from anyone). IBO doesnt count to anyone other than IBO.

It should read from Geale onwards -

Marco Antonio Rubio (59-6-1, 51KOs) 34 yrs old.
    Martin Murray (29-1-1, 12KOs) 32 yrs old.
Willie Monroe Jr (19-1-0, 6KOs) 28 yrs old.
    David Lemieux (34-2-0, 31KOs) 26 yrs old.
    Dominic Wade (18-0-0, 12KOs) 26 yrs old.
    Kell Brook (36-0-0, 25KOs) 30 yrs old.
    Daniel Jacobs (32-1-0, 29KOs) 30 yrs old.

Also add Canelo, since a draw is a successful defence.

    GGG has 8 defences.
Hopkins had, what 20? ****** thread at this stage.
GGG will beat Hopkins record if he beats Vanes, unfortunately you don't get to count what is a real belt.

          historians do

they know that Golovkin's " record " is fake..... you already hear writers allude to it

Rold, Donovan, have both mentioned that Golovkin's defences were not for the real WBA title

casual fans are ****-house muppets for supporting that rubbish

hopkins. he's just a better fighter. only things golovkin does better is jab and punch.

felix trinidad would beat canelo's ass. probably golovkin's too.

I voted Hopkins and I never liked him in his heyday. I found him boring and dirty. However, his win over Tito Trinidad shits everything Golovkin has done so far, all combined.

echols was better than jacobs until he got gunned down and lost the use of his arm proper. After that, sure jacobs was better than one armed echols.

I certainly dont decide, well said! - so its a crying shame for your post that the governing bodies DO get to decide it and not you.

And they have gone on record as not recognising the IBO.

Shame you have to ignore what the governing bodies of boxing tell you in order to advance your case.

But I hope GGG reahes double figures and displaces Sturm soon.

Just imagine If he beats Vanes, 21 successful world title defenses, it would be making history.

so..... first you ran around saying that Jacobs could beat Trinidad

but then, I find a post from you stating that Jacobs is chinny..... and how you find talk of Jacobs being Golovkin's best win..... "baffling"

" baffling " was the word you used..... right ?
