So at moment, offer has been made by Team Wilder, Team Joshua have so far replied with “Let roll” “we meeting on Friday” “ Show us the money” etc but now it’s “Please accept the offer first” and meeting is cancelled? How is the 50miilion offer is meant to be accepted? By email? Is that a contract?

Would you buy a car without seeing it first
Would you expect to have to show the car dealer a suitcase full of cash before discussing the price of a car?

We are talking about 2 large companies here, not a homeless person off the street with no credibility.

But if the money isn't enough, even if the other conditions are met, what's the point of sitting down to hammer out the other details when the money hasn't been agreed to?
          You must be crazzzzzzy
You think Arum accepted offer before sitting down with Haymon and discussing the details of the Floyd/Manny $500M fight

Some people on this site are really delusional. Mayweather pulled the same thing against Pacquiao knowing damn well he wasn’t going to sign the contract. And since when does the B-Side dictates purse and venue?

I can understand why it's confusing. I don't expect people to understand this. I'm just trying to shed some light on the process. Negotiating is a delicate art and the more money at stake, the more posturing and foreplay that can enter the process.

If I said to you, I'll buy your car for ten thousand, and you said to me, show me the ten thousand, it would be natural for me to say, "if I show you the ten thousand, would you accept it?"

If you weren't willing to accept it, why would I show up to show it to you?

All the ego complicates things as well. Haymon is a very busy man handling the careers of a lot of fighters. Getting a sit down with Haymon is easy when things get serious, but not before then. If 50 won't get the deal done, then things aren't serious. If 50 is acceptable pending other details, Haymon will sit down to try to hammer out those details.

Waste of time for fans to talk about this fight for now.
They're planning to stage it at the end of the year, anyways.
                  Let them sort it out.
                  They both have interim fights.
                  Focus on those.

The idea of Finkel showing where the money came from just shows where Hearn and AJ stands in all this. Why not just say "sure I will accept if you show me where the money came from right after". Why do they even need to know where the money came from? Wondering if it's drug money or what? Anyone asked where the $12.5 million was coming from? Hearn and AJ don't want this fight else they would have jumped at this or atleast call Wilder's bluff. It's just a deal not a contract. Accept it cuz thatz what you asked for?

Then Hearn said something like " tell us where the money came from and we will think about it" WTH? That sentence says everything. They want out.
                    Are you 10 yrs old
No one accepts a deal without a contract
Actually AJ already accepted the offer he said he wants $50M
Ok sooo Show AJ the money
