I’m pretty sure Eddie Hearn knows how to contact them.

All Hearn has to do is send an email that says, "if other details are satisfactory, we would be willing to accept 50 million."

Then they can meet to figure out the other details. But what this does is disqualify Hearn from later saying, "well, the other details are fine, but I never actually said 50 was okay, we really need 60."

If I said to you, I'll buy your car for ten thousand, and you said to me, show me the ten thousand, it would be natural for me to say, "if I show you the ten thousand, would you accept it?"

If you weren't willing to accept it, why would I show up to show it to you?

All the ego complicates things as well. Haymon is a very busy man handling the careers of a lot of fighters. Getting a sit down with Haymon is easy when things get serious, but not before then. If 50 won't get the deal done, then things aren't serious. If 50 is acceptable pending other details, Haymon will sit down to try to hammer out those details.
This is a stunt period, anyone defending this is in denial. This is 50 million dollars, for that much you would want to sit down with the other side. For them to accept your terms and sign it off. You don’t say “please accept” and we are not ready to meet etc.

It’s actually quite simple, you have lawyers that would go through everything, details gets ironed out and whatnot. We are all not fanboys or uneducated fools.

With a set meeting for Friday. So we all agree then. So why is that meeting cancelled?

They didn’t say it was cancelled. They said if you agree to the framework, we can proceed. If not, let’s not waste each other’s time.

You think Arum accepted offer before sitting down with Haymon and discussing the details of the Floyd/Manny $500M fight
Arum didn't actually sit down with Haymon until there was an understanding that 60/40 would be the framework of the deal.

How difficult is it to just show where the funds are from, have a written guarantee and then have a meeting?
Why would that matter? Dude asked for 50. He got an offer for 50. We good now right? Why wouldn't we be good? I mean as long as sh^t does check out with the money we good?

So from their side, agree to our framework or no meeting... so basically a PR stunt. Anyone great, got ****** in yesterday by the offer, which I actually thought was genuine, now realise they were playing around and were never serious. Am out with this joke.
