Hearn is right what We Be Crooks have done makes no sense. They make Brezeale mandatory first when he is ranked lower than Whyte and done less to deserve a shot. They then mandate Whyte who is ranked first to fight fourth ranked Ortiz?? A guy who in his last fight was sparked out by Wilder?
