Y'all should wait and see. Wilder's team would come up with something else to delay negotiations. They can't offer contract and won't act fast when one is presented. Inertia

I think the reason that Wilders team haven't made an offer is because it is really hard for them to be confident on the numbers that they have been throwing around.
In the UK AJ has precedent for the kind of offers Hearn can confidentlymake.
But Wilders team just don't have any data to give them confidence there not going to go broke overbidding Heath. It's a huge rush for them. So unless they can lay most of it of with guaranteed they have to be very careful about making a real offer.
