Comments Thread For: Joshua-Wilder: Hearn Will Sit Down With Team Wilder Next Week

ANTHONY JOSHUA's promoter is set for crunch talks with Deontay Wilder's team in New York next week for a September 15 showdown at Wembley. Eddie Hearn is planning a meeting with the American's representatives as they look to do a deal for the massive unification fight when he jets to the Big Apple next week to promote his latest show there.

They will get this bout done.
Too much money to pass up.
Wilder & AJ both win regardless and with this whole Clenelo mess, this fight will throw boxing at the heavyweight level back to the forefront of sports.

Hearn knows this fight is worth than he is saying and that is why he is offering a flat fee. The only fair way to negotiate this fight is with a purse split, so each fighter can reap rewards if the fight earns more.

Find it intriguing that Wilder's team still hadn't sent across a counter offer though... how long does it take? Guess it doesn't matter if they're going to meet up in NY next week.

SkySports (no doubt where the original article came from that this has been recycled from) also state that Joshua himself is expected to be over in NY too.

What the **** is Wilders team working on? How long does it take them to come up with a percentage?

See the bias reporting on this site ? Look at the negative titles they put on Joshua

              THe main
Point of this article is wilder hasn’t responded to the offer killing the fight

If team joshua did that the title would be

              “Team
Joshua refuses to respond to offer, wilder will fly out for last attempt “

Fk you wilder fans and that includes the mods, Joshua is knocking your boy out and I can’t wait to see how they all spin it

It’s smart to make the fight now, Pedvokin is a live dog who could derail this fight from being the money making spectacle it should be

This fight will not sell in the usa . Wilder is an overhyped fraud nobody besides the old tmt casuals and pbc pro black agenda care about. This fight will not do similar number as the Klitschko fight and will be a major flop.

$12.5 million offered to Wilder is over six times his biggest purse and that was way to generous. Wilder turned down bug money fights now vs Whyte and Povetkin plus this AJ fight. It's clear this fraud is just looking to continue fighting bums and no hopers Haymon employs to take a dive to make Wilder seem legit. His punches don't even land right, and clearly fighters under Haymon are taking a dive.

Sept. 15th sounds about right to me.

                    Looking forward to the announcement.
