Not wanting to be the victim of corruption is being a diva now?

Usyk has never had a problem fighting people on their home turf if he knows it will be fair. His past fights prove that.

If he gets more money to fight over there then what's the problem?

He is not very feel for Russia.
Check his social media; Usyk is a patriot. No surprise he balked at fighting in Russia. Too many political implications to add on top of the possibility of getting robbed in a decision.

You miss what happened with Ukraine and Russia?

Not to mention, Russia being notorious for cheating (even more than the U.S....).

              Can you blame the guy?

You quoted what I said yet didn't read it? Corruption.

The biggest fight of his career and of the CW division currently, for full unification, should be as neutral as possible. This is especially important for a boxer like Usyk.

Wilder was willing to fight Povetkin over there when the money was right.

I don't see why Usyk can't do the same.

                    The situations aren't similar.

Usyk has been very outspoken about Russia, particularly with regards to the annexation of Crimea and he's very Pro-Ukrainian. There's still a lot of bad blood between those countries.

He knows he'd basically be down 2 rounds on the cards to start the fight.

Yeah, I figured it had to be something like that.

I'm still very much a brother of the Usyk!
