My suggestion to all American fighters is to import your beef from Mexico, that way you can never test positive for clen

True, besides the fact that they were kids, probably dropping pesos at every taco stand they passed.

Lol, this is pathetic. I'm with them until they say that "Canelo cannot be found guilty of doping". That's laughable. There was a trace of steroids found in a sports drink, so all an athlete has to do is drink this and then he cannot be found guilty of doping?

It's just as bad as them saying "well he's clean because he tested clean afterwards". This may possibly fool the most casual of fans, but the vast majority know it's not how it works.

The fact is Alvarez is guilty of testing positive for a banned substance.
Now it's up to him to prove it was an innocent mistake.
The NAC doesn't have to prove that an "innocent" Alvarez is guilty, the drug test already did that.

Apparently the anti doping agency and WBC don't want to do a hair test. It isn't part of their testing protocol. Presumably the science wasn't well enough established at the time the program was set up and they have not yet adjusted to the new testing possibilities.

                  HOWEVER

If Canelo is innocent HE can have a hair test. Such a test will prove whether he has been cycling clen rather than it being possible an innocent ingestion of tainted meat.

If you're interested here's a link to the science.

                  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25388545

                  And here's the money conclusion:

"A comparison of both parts showed no statistical difference between sub-the****utic application and contamination. In contrast, discrimination to a typical abuse of clenbuterol is apparently possible. Due to these findings results of real doping control samples can be evaluated."
