I did the same thing with Pacquiao when he fought Marquez, Morales and then DLH. After a while, you have to say, okay I may not like him, but he's for real.Comment

Great breakdown. The best want to truly fight every style. The cherry pickers focus on one style they know they can beat.yeah but the problem is great boxing to you is floyd fighting a bunch of bums and past it fighters. as long as he won he was great. thats not how you should judge boxing. you are doing the exact same thing with garcia. giving him fantasy points for not losing while not giving loma any credit cause he already lost even though hes taking on much tougher fights.
then when a guy who is taking on the tougher fights loses you say "see i knew he was a bum" so its a self fulfilling prophecy cause the tougher your opponents are the more likely you are to lose but you ignore this completely.
loma has fought a wide range of fighters from fast handed fighters, long boxer punchers, counter punchers, come forward fighters and has handled them all cept for the salido fight which was his second fight. garcia fought a bunch of slow come forward guys...the most diverse style he has seen is broner who stood there with his gloves up for 12 straight rounds. maybe the salido style is just a tough one for loma? maybe the other styles are tougher for garcia and thats why he only fights slow guys? we don't know but we got more evidence on the loma side the nte garcia side and thats why he's better. having more evidence is good. having less leads to subjectivity land where you live.Comment

no cause i don't usually make predictions on fights and if I do they are usually things like "he will knock his head clean off in the first second" so i'm not sure how much stock they hold. i don't care who wins. i'm not you. stop projecting.Comment

this is the truth. politics never comes into play in boxing. if you are the champ then you must be amazing. i mean broner is a 4 division champ so he's clearly one of the best fighters in boxing historyComment
