A purse bid on this fightand it will go to a purse bid, will net Wilder $6-$7 million. Expect thus fight June at the 02.
Which would mean Wilder earns a quarter of what Joshua made vs Takam which would be an improvement for Wilder. Also Hearn would be making the statement that he already made about Wilder needing to be realistic about making any demands as the financial b-side

All this dumb comments about Whyte being used as a roadblock etc Newsflash Whyte is his own man, and he wants his shot at the belt. So it doesn’t matter who has the belt he would pursue it and get his shot as the mandatory. Whyte isn’t there to do Wilder or AJ any favours.

Because personally nobody outside of Wilder I’m interested in seeing AJ fight... [2]

Who personally is as good as Wilder? An in shape Fury but that’s a year off or so and there’s no Guarantee he’s the fury of old
[1] What would be the point of that though? If Hearn guarantees AJ will be next that'd mean that they'll have sorted out most of the deal and thus why even bother with Whyte in the first place?

[2] Me too but if, for whatever reason, Hearn and Haymon cannot agree a deal for Joshua v Wilder then Wilder v Whyte is a good alternative for Wilder... he'd be paid handsomely, would get more UK coverage and would be sparking out a guy who would have just created more hype for himself thus would seriously put the pressure on Hearn/Joshua to get Joshua v Wilder over the line. I am struggling to see any downsides to Wilder v Whyte with the exception of it's not Joshua. Which is something Wilder may not be able to control anyway.

The case is he cant hide for long and he wont be offered the Joshua fight until he learns to eat some humble pie.

The one thing I can say is Whyte beats Wilder, Whyte vs Joshua 2 would be a far bigger fight.

I am loving this cant wait for the fight next week how is Wilder going to hide from Whyte next week, Hearn is a clever man.
Wilder needs to be humble to get Joshua?

              Wilder is hiding from Whyte?

You can't POSSIBLY really think Wilder is going to England next week to not press fighting the Joshua/Parker winner, do you? Or that he would turn down Joshua to fight Whyte? Or that Wilder is changing a solitary thing about how he handles himself? Or that he is scared of Whyte, but not Joshua who he has been calling out??

That was a strange post. Not sure I understood your points. Wilder needs to be humble? Only way that happens is if someone beats him.

Wilder and Whyte is the only other fight I would find mildly interesting if Joshua is not available in the Summer. My thought has always been Joshua fights for one more payday between Parker and Wilder, so a Summer fight against Whyte would be fun.

Heck, if Parker pulls the upset, I think I would rather see Willder/Whyte over Wilder/Parker.

You’ll see this before you ever see an AJ/Wilder clash

I think that fight could be arranged. Wilder stops in him four.
