My thoughts is that you might be right about the cheating & it goes on in EVERY sport but he still beat golovkin just cuz it happened on sept. 16 2017. I got Nelo beating him again with or with out the illegal substance.

Golovkin refused a lowball offer and made more than double that offer a year later.

Jacobs lost, he did well and probably won 1/2 the rounds BUT he also got knocked down.
Out weigh by what eating a lot? And I don't want him to go to another weight class, I want him to stay right there now that there are good fighters in the division. Jermall Charlo is his mandatory by the way....I don't have a problem with him waiting a yr. to get more money out of it, its just the people are making excuses when they can't cuz of the facts. Jacobs did win even with the knock down, Jacobs landed more punches.

10 mill!!!! was a slap in the face considering all the money nelo & GBP were going to make!
and as far as respect do you really buy that whole tainted meat thing?
            I have Jacobs beating canelo
Your right its not his fault the division was weak but at the same time he can't be put up as one of the greatest ever like some people do especially since he did lose the VERY SECOND he stepped up the competition so he didn't ALL of the SUDDEN just get old....Cotto does NOT belong at 160 period, he's a little dude. 10 million was a good offer being that Nelo is the draw & lil g couldn't make that ever without Nelo....I don't respect the illegal substance but I did respect his SKILL in the ring. Jacobs/Nelo I don't know who would win so that's a pick I wouldn't make.

Combined that have zero notable wins..ZERO. A highlight KO o of Jrock is about as far as you can stretch it.

My point was that he was in the weight class he belonged in. Golovkin is not a big middleweight but he offered to meet Ward in the middle at 164 and at the same time offered to fight the winner of Floyd/Canelo @154. Not sure what else he could do but face Ward at 168, a fighter at least as talented as himself but likely 10 lbs + heavier on fight night.

Jacobs didn't win. I'm cool with you thinking he did but most people don't think so. I though Hagler beat SRL, I'll always think that but it's only my opinion. Both fights were close, is what it is.

He just needs to not slow down with his punch output like he did mid-rounds last fight, and he'll get his W.

You could be right on nothing changing, but I don't see that happening. From what I've read, he has a strength and conditioning coach now, supposed to be an improvement.

But anyway, I'm looking for a great fight.
