personally I think debating close fights like that is a waste of time

that is what rematches are for

most seem to think that Danny Jacobs deserves another opportunity, but he will not get it..... Canelo and Golovkin have another chance to set the record straight

put it this way..... the best claim that Golovkin could have, is a 1 point win over both of those guys

    there was little/nothing in it

1 point is a valid win
K2 and Golovkin have both been open to fighting Jacobs again given time. Jacobs and Golovkin have had an admiration for each other since that fight. Beyond the immediate reaction from Jacobs post fight there is no bad blood there so I don't see it not being possible to do it over again. Regarding the 1 point win, a win is a win cuz. It's better to have a 1 point win than a 1 point loss. Also if you go back I called that Jacobs fight going the way it did and I backed Golovkin while people were trying to muddy the waters about Jacobs ability. Jacobs is no slouch and he trained his azz off for that fight, props to him for breaking that KO streak.

Canelo kicking Golovkin's ass will only confirm he was cheating.

Maybe if they put on a good "show" and he gets off the canvas a couple time to get a stoppage people will lose track of the cheating scandal. Boxing fans can be gullible sometimes . If the fight is way better than the first one they might forgive the cheating.

Yeah I'm leaning toward a major GGG embarrassment in this rematch. Full disclosure: I have been wrong many times, but this time I think we have a situation where GGG is on the downside, Canelo keeps improving, and Canelo has the first fight experience as a learning tool to do even better this time. He just needs to not slow down with his punch output like he did mid-rounds last fight, and he'll get his W.

He dropped his output because of his stamina and he was afraid of the return fire. I don't see those things changing.

You might not be a Clenelo fan, but you are a GGG hater.

So 154 was strong? Was 168 strong?
Tiny Jacobs lost to big G.
You are a hater since you keep referring to him as Lil'G, when you simultaneously want him to move down.
