                    Strictly speaking what the doctor says is obviously true. "it is highly unlikely that he had any benefits based on the data and facts presented" What he doesn't say is what if Canelo had taken a pill a couple days prior to testing. That is why the limits are so low. It is very unlikely that random testing will ever catch a clenbuterol cheat immediately after he takes a pill.
