60/40 is respectable for both fighters. WILDER really wants the fight,Hearn is nervous and twitches every time WILDERS name is mentioned.

Don;t know why Beyontay sets any condition at all.
        Beggars can't be choosers.
Of course, if you win you call the shots.
        That's the point, homey.
        It's not rocket science.
You don't even have to talk about the rematch.
You simply eliminate all roadblocks to reach that point.
        Idiot.

Anything over $5 million Wilder should be happy to take. That's 2-3 fights worth of $$$$. Win and then he can print his own money.

Personally 70-30 or 65-35 is EXTREMELY fair.

Tired of seeing fight fans bloviate about who deserves what percentage of the purse like a bunch of greasy bankers. I wish they'd just hurry up and make the fight already. Hopefully if Joshua beats Parker it'll happen not long after.

First off its HW boxing. Nothing is a miracle. I mean this ain't no Tyson vs Buster type fight or upset if Wilder win. Both guys nearly lost to old guys, both guys have been hurt by garbage opponents, both guys can KO anyone in the division including each other, both guys are HIGHLY beatable. Anyone who doesn't believe that doesn't know whats up at HW or is being too fan boy-ish about this fight. Worse case for Wilder here he's probably a 2/1 dog, maybe 3/1 dog to win.

And my assumption would be they cover the rematch time table & details in the contract.

I agree having all of the belts should pull a lot of weight in negotiations, but hey look at GGG and Canelo... Canelo is the A-side, A-side won't change you gotta recognize that.
Yea sure. A side don't change on L's like some boxing fans like to act like.

But that don't matter in contracts. People make all sorts of deals to make fights. And its probably unlikely to matter to Joshua anyway cuz like last night where Valdez had a 80/20 cut with Quigg in purse (410k/100k iirc, before the weight penalty), Quigg's UK money gave him an extra 400k to make him the higher paid fighter last night (before that deal got made the day of the fight anyway, I've not heard how much Valdez lifted off of Quigg there).

And Quigg ain't got sh^t on Joshua so who knows how much side/non-purse money Joshua is bringing in even if he were to get a 40% cut on a rematch. So 40% is still gonna mean Joshua is getting more overall.

Wilder deserves 40 percent which would most likely be 20m?

Joshua has more ppvs buys than wilder has non Ppv audience on tv lmao

Joshua sells 1m ppvs and makes 15m whilst wilder fights for 1.5m and ducks proper fighters

Wilder should get a flat fee, say 5-6m his highest pay day by triple and that’s it

Anything else is wilder hiding and ducking behind unrealistic demands

So many idiot wilder fans on this thread
This to address you and everyone else who use the excuse that Wilder only made 2 million for his last fight. It's not what he's made, it's the importance of the fight and what's he's done in the ring so far. There is no other heavyweight, besides Joshua, who's done what Wilder has in the ring. His accomplishments are beyond any other heavyweight and he deserves to be compensated more than any of the other heavyweights. 60/40 deal for both fight seems fair. Personally, I think Joshua is better technically than Wilder and would beat him in a technical fight, but Wilder is a powerful puncher and all it takes is one good shot.

When has the B-side start calling the shots? Wilder asking for too much. He should take what ever is offered and when he wins he can spell his terms as the new A-side

Takam got $5.5M/USD. Wilder should be able to push 8 digits here. Who the f#ck is Takam?

I don't think some of you guys grasp the money here or how this works. Joshua fights are gonna multiple your paydays by 3x-5x probably. I mean I can't believe Takam was taking down $1.1M paydays pre-Joshua by any means so Takam did more than 5x his usual rate I'd be willing to bet.
