Parker, - that resume is thin AF
Whyte, Miller or Breazele (see parker)
Pulev - slightly better than the above resume wise. which aint saying much
Povetkin - most experienced but pure meh. wont last 4 rds vs wilder or aj.

Prove me wrong. Jenning's only loss was a competitive fight with the #1 guy in the division, Klitschko. Pulev, Pedvetkin, Haye didn't do anywhere near as good as Jennings did vs Klitschko and it's because they weren't as good. Very simple.

Jennings lost 11 out of 12 rounds.

Please stop with your bullcrap. Jennings doesn't have a top 15 win on his record, and going 12 with Klitschko doesn't put you top 5
