Wilder is going to make Ortiz work if he wants to land those big punches. He is going to have to have the gas to catch up, while Wilder stick and move. Ortiz gas out, it's over.

Yeah I can’t wait for this fight myself, first time I’ve been genuinely excited for a HW fight in yearsComment

Interesting thought. I’m not gonna go accusing the guy, but I’ve said many times no one is above scrutiny. I find it odd, not just that Wilder chose to come in so much lighter, but that he could conceivably lose any weight at all. The guy was as lean as they come before this fight. Where did the weight loss come from? Had to be muscle. And that’s never good. Too much muscle loss, especially in a short amount of time, can weaken an athlete. I guess we’ll see tomorrow night. It wouldn't surprise me if Wilder was juicing before and choose not to risk it for this one and it cost him those 7 lbs. It's not like a skinny guy like that would all of the sudden be training so much harder at this point to drop 7 lbs...he already had good cardio without any fat to lose.
I don't think a guy who is a very lean 6' 7" 220 1/4 lbs is going to benefit from the weight drop...he probably could make cruiserweight. I'm thinking tomorrow is going to be Ortiz's night.Comment

I see Deontay is very focused and determined for this fight. He's hungry and I don't give Ortiz much of a chance of winning this bout. On top of that I believe that the "Bronze Bomber" wants it a lot more than Ortiz does. He's really zeroed and keyed in on King Kong. I gotta feeling he's going take out all his frustration of Anthony Joshua on Luis Ortiz. The fight won't go the distance. I got Wilder by knockout.Comment

I disagree with that. Ortiz has finally got the opportunity to fight for a title. This is his biggest fight of his career and a dream come true if he wins. He can also make history - to become the first Cuban HW champ so he has a lot to fight for. He has already talked about how important this fight is to him, his family and to make history. I don't know if it's going to be enough to win but Ortiz is coming to fight and REALLY wants it.I see Deontay is very focused and determined for this fight.
