Come on man! Again think!! I hope you dont give anyone legal advice.
These are BS excuses with no basis in logic designed to fool Canelo fans.

The lawsuit had been going on for years and had never stopped Canelo from signing for a fight.

Canelo was the one that sought special permission to defend against Khan and agreed, in writing, to immediately negotiate with GGG after that fight.

Fighters don't go to purse bids, so the trial in no way prevented him from agreeing to a fight with GGG.

Your a puzzy and I challenge you a fight. If you don't agree to jump on a plane today and fly out to fight a stranger on message board then you a puzzy and I'm proven correct. lol It's lame when folks do the fake tough guy shyt and it's 100X worse seeing you do this same dog and pony show with one messageboard user after another after requesting an IQ test after you lose arguments. I speak for everyone we are laughing at you

The WBC is finally fed up with Linares stalling and is ordering a purse bid next month, but Linares still doesn't want the fight. Now he wants Loma instead.
Bold face lie post 1 single link to fat boy suilaman confirming this? WBC ordered the fight if you don't come to a contract agreement to the fight they then order a purse bid has NOTHING to do with Linares. Meanwhile multiple links from the WBC including Suilaman own mouth have stated that Mikey put in written requests to AVOID facing Linares who was his mandatory. Asking for permission to take other fights to avoid being stripped. 1 fighter has NEVER defended his belt, turned down contracts for the fight, TWICE made requests to the WBC that directly avoid a fight going to purse bid, and has been fighting 1 year in another weight class but he is the one being ducked? bytch please

everyone knows this clowns agenda. He the spin master. FACT Mikey turns down a contract to fight linares, it's documented that he twice formal requested to the WBC to delay enforcing this fight, he's never even defended his belt, and has fought 1 year in another weight class but Linares is the one ducking? The funny thing is I'm a fan of Mikey and if and when they fight I will 100% be rooting for Mikey in that fight. But a spade is spade Mikey is the reason this fight hasn't happened yet. Trying to argue otherwise just makes you look silly. I don't think it's about Mikey being scared of linares one bit. But you called out linares and a million other fighters to turn around and fight weak azzz paper champ lipnets? Sorry I can't defend that but this h0e sure can and will try and re-write history to do it. LMAO

Thank you for your challenge. I politely decline. I've never claimed to be a tough guy, so fighting you would not back up any claim I've made.

I never said jump on a plane today. We'll obviously need time to arrange a testing agency, a mutually agreed upon location, the amount being wagered, etc. The problem though is that clearly you don't actually believe I'm ******, because you've shown no desire to prove it. Even though proving it would make you a six figure payday.

Bold face lie post 1 single link to fat boy suilaman confirming this?
I speak to Sulaiman regularly. Do you? Linares has had years to request his title fight, long before Mikey even held the title, but not once has Linares requested the fight.

WBC ordered the fight if you don't agree to the fight they then order a purse bid has NOTHING to do with Linares.
The WBC reconfirmed Linares' mandatory position at the convention. They did not officially order the fight. Officially ordering a fight means giving the parties a set amount of time to negotiate and then calling a purse bid. That has never happened because Linares has never wanted it. The WBC is fed up and is ordering a purse bid next month. Notice that as soon as the WBC finally orders a purse bid, suddenly Linares doesn't want the fight anymore. It's been smoke and mirrors from Linares the entire time.

Fact WBC Purse Bid May 24th
Fact Canelo/Oscar trial date set for May 23rd

Yes the trial was gping for years! And yes Canelo tried stalling it again but couldn't.

Do yourself a favor and spend more time on reading the lawsuit and what was at stake and less time sucking off Sulaiman!

Your comment earlier saying you talk to him all the time shows you have a HUGE bias. And of Course GGG wanted it to go to purse bid?? He would of gotten a LOT more $$$$ then.

And for christ sake Canelo fought him two fights later after his trial.

WTF are you acting like it was 100 years later???

Tell your BOSS Canelo and I say *** that POS WBC belt. Its now a JOKE. Make some more Tacobell Belts and pawn them off on sukers!

The WBC could of ordered a purse bid at ANY POINT last year except for the little fact that Mikey requesting permission to take fights outside his weight class to avoid his mandatory. Let's look at the facts and timeline shall we

Sulaiman wants to clear the up the big debate at 135-pounds - who is the real WBC lightweight champion?

The beltholder was Jorge Linares of Venezuela. He was made the WBC "champion in recess" after suffering a bad hand injury which made him unavailable to make a mandatory defense against Dejan, who eventually captured the vacant championship.

Linares, who now holds the WBA world title and the WBC Diamond title at 135, faces Anthony Crolla in a rematch on March 25 in Manchester. The first fight was close and had good action, but Linares was the better man.

Provided Linares wins the rematch, Sulaiman will look to have him face Garcia to set a single WBC champion at 135.

"That is the fight that must happen, Linares with Mikey, so that there is only one champion," Sulaiman said.

              - out Fat boy's mouth himself they have to fight so there is only 1 champion/belt. And if you check back in 2016 he had already made the winner of Dejan/Mikey mandatory to fight Linares after his rematch.

              July 7 2017
World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman has revealed that WBC lightweight world champion Mikey Garcia requested permission to fight Adrien Broner on July 29th, before an eventual showdown with mandatory challenger Jorge Linares .

Linares, who holds the WBA championship at 135, is also the WBC's Diamond champion at the weight. Because he is a "champion in recess" and never actually lost the title, the sanctioning body is going to order a fight between him and Garcia.

Garcia has already stated that after the contest with Broner he intends to return to the lightweight division to face Linares.

As BoxingScene.com recently reported, Linares is likely going to return to the ring on September 23. The opponent and the location is unknown, but Golden Boy Promotions has ruled out the rumored candidate, Olympic gold medal winner Luke Campbell.

"Mikey Garcia will meet with Broner in a super lightweight fight. We have a request from his promoters... [for that contest] and [Garcia] confirmed to me that his plan is to return to lightweight and make the fight with Linares," Sulaiman said to ESPN Deportes.

              - out Fat boy own mouth that Mikey and his team requested they get permission to avoid being stripped for not fighting his mandatory

              http://www.boxingscene.com/mikey-gar...by-wbc--121097

              Oct 4 2017
At their ongoing convention in Baku, the World Boxing Council has ordered a mandatory fight between WBC lightweight champion Mikey Garcia (37-0, 30 KOs) and WBC Diamond lightweight champion Jorge Linares (43-3, 27 KOs).

              - Fat boy says enough enough we are ordering you Mikey to fight Linares next

Golden Boy and Mikey were in negotiations and he twice turned down contracts to fight Linares. The final contract had no future offers just a 1 off fight and allowed Mikey to shop for the the best network deal and even fight on Showtime. After turning down the deal Mikey for the SECOND time put in formal request to the WBC to get permission to again not defend his title, not fight his mandatory and again fight at 140 NOT 135.

              Feb 11 2018
In January, WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman told Boxing Scene: “Champion Mikey Garcia received special permission to fight over the weight in February in a WBC special event. WBC diamond champion Jorge Linares will defend his championship in January.”[/B]

FACT Mikey is the one mandated to fight Linares over a year ago and the mandatory existed the year before to the winner of Dejan/Mikey to fight Linares.

FACT Mikey has turned down contracts for this fight
FACT Mikey has requested multiple times to delay the WBC from enforcing he fight Linares or be stripped
FACT Mikey hasn't once defended his belt or even fought at 135 in over a year.

Yet Linares is the one who doesn't want this fight? H0e please. Spin master working overtime today

Google it WBC put off a purse bid and gave him permission to not once but twice fight at 140 because he requested it. The WBC allowed this at the request of garcia. Boxingscene reported on this and there are quotes from the WBC fat prez saying they were allowing Mikey to first fight broner at 140 and then to fight lipnets at 140 without risk of being stripped there is nothing linares can do if the WBC just keeps breaking their own rules and giving him exceptions. He's never defended his 135 belt despite linares being the mandatory to the winner of mikey/Dejan and that was over a year ago. How is Linares ducking Mikey when Mikey is the one filling paper work to avoid purse bids not once but twice from having to face his mandatory? LMAO
He asked for a delay because Mikey didn't want to sit and wait, Linares didn't want to face Mikey in July when Mikey was scheduled to fight. Linares and GB were talking about September.

I have no problem with Mikey saying I want to fight who I want at what weight I want and phuk the belt orgs telling me who to fight, at what weight and on what schedule to fight. But he should go all the way and just dumped the 135 belt if he wanted to take that stand instead of gone on with this nonsense of calling linares out and then behind scenes making requests telling the WBC don't strip me or schedule a purse bid to make me take this fight.

WBC President explains how Crolla v Linares is WBA/WBC unification
                      14 June 2016

Crolla puts his WBA belt on the line for the second time in late autumn at his home arena in Manchester against the fighter recognised by Ring Magazine as the best 135 pounder on the planet.

As Linares lost his WBC belt due to his failure to defend against Dejan Zlaticanin through injury, heads began to scratch when Matchroom put out their release for a ‘unification for all the marbles’ on Tuesday.

Luckily, included were quotes by Sulaiman who explained that Linares will be putting the WBC ‘Diamond’ belt on the line as Zlaticanin now holds their usual belt on the back of his weekend victory over Franklin Mamani.

“Linares was placed as Champion in Recess by the WBC due to a broken hand which prevented him from making his mandatory defence,” said Sulaiman.

““The WBC has granted Linares to return to the ring to fight this blockbuster unification for the prestigious Diamond belt and the winner is committed to fight Dejan Zlaticanin."

The WBC created this mess when they first took away Linares belt making him champ in recess so they could make Dejan vs a BUM Mamani who is currently ranked 179th by boxrec and wasn't even top 40 on boxrec at the time for Linares vacant belt. Dejan should of NEVER been made world champ against a nobody bum no less. Linares should of retained his belt while injured and Dejan could of waited for his title shot. They tried to fix it by creating another belt to confuse folks and adverted Linares vs Crolla as a unification bout telling the world that Linares Diamond belt superseded Dejan's belt. And it's been over 1 year since they have told us Dejan/Mikey winner has to fight Linares to clear this mess up and have just 1 champion. But have allowed Mikey to not fight at 135, not defend his belt for over a year turning that belt into a joke.
