Is there anything wrong with letting a fight marinate?

I think if the marination is more than a year its wrong. It sort of puts divisions on hold sometimes and can kill momentum. I'd rather just see the big fight/the best fight and then move onto the next one. That's how rivalries are created and everyone is able to test themselves at their peaks. There's always big fights and good fights. Not a fan of trying to make it bigger and bigger personally.
