And Arum was also the one who made him fight Rios, Algieri and Bradley(3 times) resulting in low PPV earnings instead of making him fight Khan, Brooks, Porter, or Thurman which would result in higher PPV earnings. I know Danny Garcia did not want to fight him.

      1) Brandon Rios who had just lost to Alvarado
      2) Algieri who was a virtual unknown
      3) Jeff Horn, a guy NOT a single person know except Australians
      4) Mosley who had just lost to Mayweather
      5) Margarito a convicted cheat and drained to fight at 150Ibs
      6) Cotto at a catchweight of 145 to weight drain him yet again
      7) De La Hoya at a catch weight of 147 again weight drained
      8) He fought Marquez 4 times
      9) Morales 3 times
      10) Bradley 3 times

Like more than 20% of his fights were rematches.

How Pac is considered an all time great is mind blowing and now he wants to fight a paper champ Mathysse.
I agree with you on Rios, Algieri, Bradley, and Horn fights but not the rest. He had to jump 2 weight classes to fight Dela Hoya and he sent him into retirement. He had to move up to welterweight to fight Cotto. And Marquez and Morales? You can’t be serious, they were 2 of the 3 greatest featherweights(Barrera was the 3rd) of all time and those fights were fure fireworks! Now about Pac being an all time great — ask Sugar Ray Leonard and Lennox Lewis and they will tell you why!

Pac did not need the Horn rematch anyway, but I don’t mind watching Horn vs Matthysse if they could make it happen.

          How?
          Like the Horn fight?
          Like the Algieri fight?
          Like the Brandon Rios fight?
Like the Mosley fight? (Mosley had just lost to Floyd)
          Like the Tim Bradley fights?

When is Pac EVER going to fight a legit WW champion like Spence or Thurman?
It’s too late now, he’s 39 and he should just retire and be a full time politician!

If Manny Pacquiao is determined to continue boxing until he is a shell of himself and has destroyed his legacy, this one is as good as anything. It's a decent match up with decent names against an opponent that at least isn't totally an unknown. Why not?

Margarito was coming off an obliteration loss to Mosley and then looked VERY ORDINARY in a 10 round decision against a random journeyman

Cotto lost to Margs, lost/drew with Clottey, then fought with a NEW AMATEUR TRAINER at a catchweight. Literally perfect time to make that fight for Pac/Roach

DLH lost to Floyd and had his orbital bone broken by Steve Forbes...a guy who is 35-14 with 11 KO wins...and yet he BROKE DLH's cheek bone...than DLH fought at a zombie-drained weight.

Personally I don't rate Manny much at all. He's a HOF fighter, but he's far from an ATG for me. Too inconsistent, too sloppy, and of course the "too scared" to take drug tests. The dude was likely cheating during his reign over has-beens. Not the best look.

His best win over 130lb was Tim Bradley. Who???

This is actually bad advice since Pac supports Duterte who has literally MURDERED 3k-6k people in the Phillipines for using/selling drugs.

But Duterte's own son was arrested for smuggling $100 million of Crystal meth...no murder.

And Pac supports this clown. Pac, a former drug cheat, supports murdering other drug cheats.

Typical ********** trash (do as I say, not as I do)

I agree, it will be an exiting fight.

                  I agree.

Pac never tested positive for PEDS. If he did, I would lose respect for him. On the contrary, Mayweather had to pay settlement in return for Pacquiao dropping his defamation lawsuit against him!
