If Arum is outsourcing Manny it's cuz it's a huge fight or Manny's value has drastically dropped. And Lucas isn't a huge fight and while Manny's value has dropped there is still solid value.

Assuming Bud beats Manny this year there is a chance Arum could throw him in with non-TR guys, but it's probably just as likely if not more likely he'll try to throw Manny at that Provo kid or that other cat with TR who's name is escaping me right now, but who's 20 something and 0 now and only like 22, 23 in 2019.
