If want to win train like the old school fighters they fought 15 rounds fought 5 times a year and today's fighters use steroids have all this high tech training methods and most can barley make it to the 12th round Mayweather is about the only fighter oops and Ward are about the only fighters who I seen go 12 rounds with ease

You have to go back to 2011 to find Guerrero's last impressive performance.
Yeah I was going to post this. Guerrero was top shelf at 35, going to 147 was a different world and he didn't take much in the way of easy fights. Crossfit had nothing to do with it.

            It could be.

For boxing the old school training methods seem to be the best. Tried and true.

Crossfit ruined more soccer moms than taking BBC ever did.

It is the most pointless, ego driven and high risk / low reward pursuit around.

Full of d1ckriding guys and chicks with oversized clits.

He did seem to go downhill very quickly and get worse every fight when he wasn't that old. I can't remember many boxers who went from good to poor in such a short time. I have no idea if that training hurt him or not. It doesn't seem like it would hurt him.

I did cross fit for a while.

It is intense and either I was sore or hurt most of the time.

There was a shoulder surgery at some point as well - that was during the time he kinda disappeared and then reappeared at 147.

Maybe right after Katsidis I think - because he was pretty sharp in that fight. That sharpness, crispness of his punches never came back after that imo. That is when I started to notice a difference/decline. Yeah, he never fought anyone elite to that point but his entire style almost changed
