                Cross fit is bad for boxing. It helps it with cardio but it has its limits. Also causes a lot of injuries and wear and tear on joints.

                On the other hand Guerrero had pretty tough schedule after Berto.

                  he started fighting good fighters is what happened. from 126-147 he never really fought anyone elite or even close to elite. cept salido and that was a dominating loss. he was hype. the floyd fans went crazy cause he kept skipping through the divisions but they never stopped to see his level of compeition
