It is a fact Shmelling admitted he did NOT want to win the fight bc how Hitler celebrated his first win as ****s victory.

Shmelling was reported to not even be warming up in the locker room .

Did he throw the fight despite being physically hurt going by his OWN statements? Well yea . lol

Shmelling was on his way down anyway , fighters were not young in those days in their 30's . Judging the fight itself isnt exactly a strong case he was trying to win.

I don't think he would have w wanted the rematch as bad as he did if he planned on getting blown out? IMO he was simply outclassed in the rematch and was hit with a few shots including one to the kidney he couldn't recover from.

Shmelling did not know how he was percieved until he came to N.Y ,he literally had mobs of people after him even boycott his hotel labeling him a ****. Im pretty sure this changed his mind before the fight night.

Shmelling only threw TWO punches ! This has not wanting to win written all over it.
