A couple of guys whose skills AND body of work merit recognition...those two criteria are what P4P should be all about.

That’s my thinking. Some guys on eye test maybe better than Jack but he’s proven against a range of styles and quality in his last five. He’s borderline, thus the ten spot (and could have went a lot of ways there).

Garcia beat a lightweight with quality wins in Zlaticanin and basically shutout Broner who’d only ever lost close to a pair of world class guys. And he was dominating world class guys before the layoff. He’s where he should be.

Golovkin is an interesting case study. Never has a fighter been given so much for doing so little.

What I don't understand is why is GGG higher than Canelo P4P??? He's been a MIDDLEWEIGHT his entire PRO career??? 11 years and fought to a DRAW with Canelo who on his 2nd fight at 160??? Even if you felt GGG won it was not by much AND it was against a SMALLER guy. P4P is if they are the same weight with the same experience IMO...

Badou jack is deserving his last 5 fights are the hardest 5 of anyone active...if groves wins the 168 tourney his resume looks even better...he battered degale..i have jack as my #3

Debate is not needed for this P4P list, but what is needed is sanity check of the author - Cliff Rold.
I think the guy has some mental issues.
