All sorts of things at work and people being influence to destroy his career. He was technically never even found guilty. Actual guilty fighters have served suspensions and fought again while his case his still ongoing.

Even if he was guilty, it should have been dealt with already but they've been hellbent on keeping him out of the game.

he tested positive for nandrolone, and again for *******.

Anyone else think this is beyond a joke now? Let the man fight FFS!
They made it even bigger joke when they went on recess on purpose instead of giving him the hearing he demanded & deserved. And yet this fat pos Ortiz is parading around on his high horse & gets to fight for a non wba belt while blaming wilder & EVERYONE for him being a cheating coward.

Proof that UKAD is a joke. What a circus. There is no way this mickey mouse outfit can be trusted to enforce a drug free boxing. Its easy to see why we have obvious steroid abusers with world titles not getting caught by UKAD, despite looking like a puffed a ball of steroids and having a massive roid belly.

Good Lord - you must be the only other guy on NSB that would recognize a Spiritualized record. I heard Jason is finishing what he has declared his final release. (BTW, just saw Slowdive in Madison, Wisconsin last month. Brought back the best of memories). Be cool bro!

That's what I mean so how come Hughie can fight?

When UKAD first charged Hugie and Tyson with nandrolone abuse they both had their boxing licences suspended immediately, and they would normally have stayed suspended until the hearing. But their lawyer appealed to the courts and a judge looked at the evidence and ordered that the suspensions should be lifted.

So far as I know, nothing like that has ever happened before in a UKAD case, in boxing or any other sport. Kid Galahad and Dillian Whyte both appealed to the courts after being charged and suspended by UKAD and they both had their appeals thrown out.

So that's why Hughie is still fighting. But Tyson went off the rails and told a UKAD testing team to fuck off when they came round to do more tests on him and Hughie, and was immediately suspended again for refusing to be tested.

I do find it strange the way athletes in other sports such as track and field and cycling, are automatically tarnished when? they fail a drugs test.

Why did Tyson Fury not provide a sample, I presume leading up to his rematch with Wladimir kiltschko? He SHOULD of just taken the test!

There is more to this story than meets the eye! He should of taken the test, I stated this along ago? Tyson Fury's team that surrounded him, should of known about his instability and been on top of things!

                    Crazy! I missed all this.

So Tyson could have been fighting all this time if it wasn't for that incident refusing to be re-tested?

Not for long, because he was also being tested by VADA while training for the rematch with Wlad and came up clean for PEDs but positive for *******, and he was then ruled medically unfit to fight because of mental health issues.

He wouldn't have been banned automatically for the coke because it was classed as recreational use, but the BBBoC would most likely have fined and/or suspended him for it.

What they are saying now is that if he is cleared of the nandrolone charge they will have to take his mental state and the ******* use into account while considering giving him his licence back.
