The National Athletic Doping Association struck off someone on the panel who had ties to team Fury whom was deemed to have a conflict of interest sitting on the panel, theirs your man with influence right there, fortunately gone now. The NAPD, who will rule on Fury's case, are an indepandant tribunal, not connected to UKAD, and have no power to decide who does or does not get charged with PED offences.
