You obviously didn't see the DRAW that Holyfield got.

Wlad very nearly beat 3 olympic gold medalists. I would say Povetkin is up there with his top win as well. (You'll say something about peds and I'll inform you that Holyfield and Tyson both were on peds and then you'll deny it......blah blah blah)

They’re unbelievably deluded. I’m genuinely a Klitschko fan and have traveled to Germany twice to watch him fight. But I also have common sense and realise Lennox Lewis far surpasses Wladimir Klitschko regardless of whatever false narrative idiots try and spin.
Wlad was a great fighter Lewis was better. Simple. The poll says it all.

The fight Wlad held over 100 times in? One of the most disgraceful performances ever seen in a title fight.

Although I never watched Klitschko live, I would say my position is the same as yours. They don't even do the guy justice with these claims.

The self sabotage of these clowns knows no bounds.

              Lennox was actually lineal champion

Lennox defeated EVERY man he faced!!

Lennox has a better resume then Wlad, while fighting in a far superior era

why is this even a question?

It does translate into elite as the evidence of Eastern Europeans becoming elite boxers immediately after they were allowed to box professionally suggests.

American boxers are nowhere in some divisions. There are exactly zero American boxers in the most prestigious boxing tournament - the cruiserweight tournament. If there were no Eastern Europeans and Cubans in boxing Tony Bellew would be the best cruiserweight followed by Andrew Tabiti and Steve Cunningham.

This is how the eras before the Eastern Europeans entered were like. A bunch of Bellew's and Cunnigham's who made each other look good.

Anyway Soviet fighters have always been around and there have been lots of good pros and world champions. You can make a better argument for Cubans then Soviet fighters.
Where have they been around? They weren't allowed to box professionally. Not only Soviets but other Eastern Euros too.

Guys like László Papp with 3 gold medals

Pro career sabotaged by the communist government.

Mike Tyson beat 3 Gold medalists, He knocked all 3 out and 2 in the first round. What does it mean exactly? Fighters professional career should be judged on its own merit.

Povetkin is a good win, a good heavyweight. But the manner in which he did it was horrendous, he should have had points deducted, and Povetkin hasn't exactly been a world beater like the two names you mentioned. He sc****d past Marco Huck for god sake.
