We could see Charr in against the following next:
Dillian Whyte
Dominic Breazeale
Tyson Fury
Hughie Fury
Alexander Povetkin
Andy Ruiz jr
Jarrell Miller
Kubrat Pulev
Luis Ortiz
I would pick most of the above to beat Charr.
Still, this is a preview of the coming future; with the WBC, WBA, IBF on good terms, and the WBO rarely calling mandatories to begin with, if Wilder-Joshua ends up going the way things are expected, the focus of any heavyweight worth anything is going to be on becoming mandatory challenger (and staying as they prep for their shot).
With the doing away with their three belts, the days green-gold, black-gold, and red-gold medals for the mandatory aren't too far away.

Tyson became Linear Heavyweight Champion when he beat Spinks.
Due to Tyson Fury vacating title. Linear Champion will be created when the two best Belt Holders face each other.
WILDER vs JOSHUA winner will become LINEAR CHAMPION for me.

LINEAR is all that counts at Heavyweight as we can see a clear Path.
ALI > HOLMES > SPINKS > TYSON > BUSTER DOUGLAS > HOLYFIELD > BOWE > HOLYFIELD > MOORER > FOREMAN > BRIGGS > LEWIS > RAHMAN > LEWIS > VACANT > Wladimir KLITSCHKO > FURY
Current LINEAR TITLE : VACANT
Lewis stopped Vitali Klitschko on cuts in their fight, and there hasn't been a lineal champion since, unless you want to count "Klitschko brothers" as a single champion. If you count that, you've got an established lineal champion from July 2011 through September 2012.

Since that time, the championship policy has been radically changed to allow Golden Boy extreme leeway in crowning and stripping champions to benefit HBO and hinder Showtime. The rules of the Ring title, which are selectively and corruptly enforced, make it very clear that lineal has nothing to do with it at this point.
A lineal title vacancy can only be filled by #1 fighting #2. However, a Ring title vacancy can be filled by #2 fighting #5.
A lineal champion can't be stripped for not fighting arbitrary "mandatory" challengers, a Ring champion can and has been stripped for not fulfilling Ring's arbitrary mandatory obligations (although only SHO fighters have been stripped in this manner, HBO fighters have not).
