People bring up twitter followers, lol, but

    Whyte - 100,000
    Bellew - 500,000
    Haye - 1.2 million

Seems a no brainer, if that's what hes gunna do
I've been saying that for weeks lol I agree 100%

That's his job. Negotiate the fight. That's what you do best. Don't go to social media and talk ****. Negotiate. The fans want the fight. I'm good with both guys fighting next or fighting other guys and then fighting each other. All that 2019-2020 BS was just that-BS.

Joshua probably needs to fight Miller in Brooklyn

Okay, here's what I thinks happening.

Deontay wants too much money to fight AJ, but across two fights Hearn can make the numbers work. Whyte needs a headline fight and can draw some numbers in the UK, he can give Wilder the lions share to put his belt on the line.

He can then line up Wilder vs AJ, with more recognition for Wilder (assuming he beats Whyte) it builds the PPV in Europe, so then Wilder is banking $10m in this fight.

Hearn can't lose on this deal.

Wilder vs Whyte generates him some dollars
Whyte's happy cos he keeps moaning he never gets a shot at a title and if he gets an upset win Hearn has two world champs and a strong upcoming contender (Miller). Plus a grudge match for a title with AJ which would sell massively in Europe.

Hearn can use Whyte vs Wilder to get a Matchroom co-promotion on US TV (again probably a two fight deal), where he's trying to build a name for himself.

If Wilder wins against Whyte, they do bigger numbers in the AJ fight. Wilders happy because he gets c$15m two fight deal.

AJ's happy because he fights for an easy belt like Parkers in the meantime or takes another soft pay day from a someone else.

Before everyone starts ****ing on about ducking and who will win what, I'm not talking about what the fan really wants here, but more about the business behind it that gets the best takings for all those involved.

You gave Wilder a pass for going to social media and talking **** and were positive 100% that they were ducking the great Wilder.

Of course 2019/2020 was B.S. Posturing to make it look like there's plenty of options i.e - play on our terms (they are the A side). To think Joshua was ducking him based on not signing the fight within 24 hours of Wilder's amazing Stiverne win was crazy talk and plenty od folk here bought into that.

                      That felt like ducking
Absolutely. No one really jumped on the whole "AJ/Hearn avoiding Wilder" train until it suddenly got thrown out there that it could/should/would happen in a few years when we all know full well, full well, that it either happens next or second to next at worst. Anything else is a damn shame and does nothing but show the faults of boxing.
