Who didn't see this coming lol... Especially if the Canelo fight with GGG goes the distance again they "might" rob GGG (although I'm one of the very few people who thought Canelo won) just to set up the fight with Lemieux. They are gonna milk those belts. And will use David Lemieux as leverage in negotiations.

But ggg could lose at anytime to some random if their not careful. Canelo potentially earned 50+ mil in 1 fight & rematch will earn even more,why give up guaranteed pre 2014 fmj level money to try to take away from gggs already fractional purse?why take the risk for few extra mil when they would also claim he aged ggg if he did that?

Canelo proved to haters/ggg fans hes never scared of anyone as his record proves(no boxer is) despite fact he keeps fighting a new boogieman everytime they claimed he wouldn't & that said boogieman will end him. Peeps already saying charlo has him scared now, just as I told everyone they would use as new boogieman. I already knew ggg wouldn't do anything they claimed he would.

Golovkin won the fight, I think that is enough.

Of course Lemieux will win. Saunders is mediocre at best. Looks like Canelo doest want to lose AGAIN and Golden Boy will find a way to stall the rematch till GGG is two years older. The judges they want (need) may not be available

I have no problem with fighter takin the odd fight from a weight class below especially if it was say a spence vs Crawford or Thurman vs Crawford... but. It seems to be the thing these days of constantly fighting smaller guys... and I'm not just sayin canelo either I'm throwing golovkin in the same basket(he's brought up quite a few smaller guys, not as often but he's done it) cottos another one... this is why I like fighters like mikey Garcia they will literally fight anyone...

you're a clown dude. At the time of the fight, Kirkland, Angulo, Lara, Trout, Cotto, were not top 10, they were all TOP 5 in their div!!! Not to mention he fought guys like Liam smith, who aren't top names, but was a champ nonetheless. Easy to look back now and talk sheit, but these were all legit names when the fights took place.

Kirkland and Angulo were not top 5 when Canelo fought them..They were washed up..you are correct on Lara,Trout And Cotto
