You clearly have no knowledge of what you speak of , therefore this will be my last interaction with you.

1st. yes, Angulo was coming off a lost to Lara, but it was a very competitive fight where he dropped Lara twice. Besides, Canelo was coming of a lost as well. BTW, Can you name 5 better 54'ers in late 2013 than Angulo?

2nd Kirkland only L other than Canelo came against Ishida, 5 years and 6 fights before the Canelo fight. He was clearly not coming off a loss moron.

3rd Trout was an Undefeated, super welterweight champ when he fought Canelo. Not to mention, coming off a victory over Cotto. You're right, he wasn't top 5 when they fought, He was probably top 3 in that div.

4th He didn't fight Cotto at 154 clown, he fought him for the Middleweight LINEAL Champ. even though Cotto was MASSIVELY undersized for the div, there wasn't 5 better fighters at 160.

I see that folks are all a dither about this with talk about ducking and such. Alvarez and his team are not afraid of GGG. This is about MONEY. Consider this talk by Oscar as an opening gambit in the negotiations. Haters will hate and cheerleaders will cheer, but they are missing the point. Step back and watch a big stakes negotiation process take place.

You can learn more about negotiating tactics from Mayweather, Arum and Golden Boy than reading Trumps book, The Art of the Deal.

Thanks lol. 2010 seems like so long ago I can't remember Angulo being ranked that high. But he and Canelo fought in 2014 and I know for damn sure he was no where near top 5 by then lol

No he was not ranked very high when he fought Canelo but he was once a top ranked 154 fighter

Canelo vs Lemeiux would be a good fight..It wouldn't generate the same number of PPV's but Canelo would take a much higher percentage and let GGG age just a little more

You're clearly hurt. I never even mentioned Angulo coming off a loss but thanks for further supporting my point. They fought in 2014 not 13 dumbass at Canelo weight of 155. And yes in 2014 there were more than 5 better 54lbrs he wasn't even top 10 after 2013.

Funny how u convientiently ignore Kirklands 2 year lay off. And a completely **** trainer and training camp.

Trout was not no damn top three but I'll give you 5th in the division at that time because I like trout.

Cotto fight was at 155 dumb ass but if you wanna classify that as middleweight than again yes there were 5 better middleweight than cotto at the time. Not to mention the size age and prime difference.

All that aside he original arguement was who has he beat in his own weight class not the made up 155 b.s. if all u can come up with is trout Angulo and cotto and Lara then I need not say anymore lol. Out of 50+ pro fights Canelo has faced 3 elite opponents and is 1-1-1. Arguably he lost to all 3... end of story

Yea i know but that wasnt my argument anyways. My point was at the time that they fought he was not top 5 or 10.

Your the casual troll twát that once again is talking out of your ass as usual. I won't even spend a bunch of time discrediting your dumb ****ery based on infatuation for career cherrypick ggg. The fact cotto was a hof legend & lineal mw champ by doing something ggg is yet to do:beat a legit actual full champ let alone lineal, just goes to instantly show what a moronic gggizzrag u are. The minute lara & trout are champs that automatically makes them top 5 in division you imbecilic cuck. Learn the sport next time before opening your manpleaser, only a ggg teabagger like u would think a champ is not top 5 in division.
