everything you said was a lie. have a good day liar. already done this same sh-it back in 2008. go read my posts. you are trying to argue that warren lied in court about changing the fight from usa to wales? garbage. ill take that more seriously than what you have to say. go dig up the court documents if you want to find out the truth. i did. you wont do that of course because it hurts the claims you made up out of yoru azz. everyone could tell calzaghe was scared to fight anyone good .he said it himself in his own book yet here you are denying it
Who has the better legacy? Joe Calzaghe or Andre Ward?

Warren has been proven to lie about fighters that left him. Joe isn't the only one he did it to. So yeah, it is a load of bull****.everything you said was a lie. have a good day liar. already done this same sh-it back in 2008. go read my posts. you are trying to argue that warren lied in court about changing the fight from usa to wales? garbage. ill take that more seriously than what you have to say. go dig up the court documents if you want to find out the truth. i did. you wont do that of course because it hurts the claims you made up out of yoru azz. everyone could tell calzaghe was scared to fight anyone good .he said it himself in his own book yet here you are denying it

oh ok the guy lied in court then. cool. you are a very reasonable person. everyone who says something bad about calzaghe is fake news right? where have i seen this strategy before? he said it himself he didnt want to take any risks unless it was for big money but you know better than him? he made himself a lot of moeny fghting bums and when he was ready to retire he finally took some calculated risks. meaning if he had taken these risky fights earlier in his career he probably loses and is unable to make all that money. hey i wold have done the same but im a coward.
ward only took risks because he knew the ref and judges were in his pocket and he could get away with blatant cheating. these guys are both frauds.Last edited by daggum; 10-11-2017, 07:33 PM.Comment

The only time Calzaghe asked for a big pay-cheque was for the Jones fight. And that was due to where Joe was at that time with all his injuries.oh ok the guy lied in court then. cool. you are a very reasonable person. everyone who says something bad about calzaghe is fake news right? where have i seen this strategy before? he said it himself he didnt want to take any risks unless it was for big money but you know better than him? he made himself a lot of moeny fghting bums and when he was ready to retire he finally took some calculated risks. meaning if he had taken these risky fights earlier in his career he probably loses and is unable to make all that money. hey i wold have done the same but im a coward.
If you remember when he was fighting Thornberry and Starie, his career was all over the place. SKY and Warren were getting a bit bored of Joe getting injured all the time. He wasn't called sick-note for nothing. There was actually talk of Joe walking away if things didn't improve. The Sheika fight was make or break for him. Luckily, he came through with flying colours. That's when his career really picked up. He wasn't ready to risk a fight against Jones before this time.
After, Warren made a 5 mill offer to Jones for a fight but it was refused. No counter offer was ever made by the Jones camp.
What are you talking about?? If Joe would have taken fights like Lacy and Kessler early on in his career he would have lost??? Yeah, that makes perfect sense. A prime Joe couldn't beat them, but a past his best version could??
You Calzaghe haters are something else.Comment

THE best post on this thread.Calzaghe deserves wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yy more respect on this damn site. Reigned in his division for a decade, moved up and beat two ATG's though they were past their best. He was the best at 168 for a long time. I do agree that Ward has a better legacy though. He has a better resume and better skills.Comment

Ward was the better overall boxer where as Calazaghe was more physically gifted. Styles make fights so I would favor Calazghe in a fantasy match up.Comment

Don't kid yourself that Joe ever wanted to fight Roy.The only time Calzaghe asked for a big pay-cheque was for the Jones fight. And that was due to where Joe was at that time with all his injuries.

i found this funny. fighting sheika was make or break....a guy who 2 years prior who had lost to a 28-44 fighter but dont worry he was coming off a gift win over glen johnson who had lost 3 in a rowThe only time Calzaghe asked for a big pay-cheque was for the Jones fight. And that was due to where Joe was at that time with all his injuries.
